By 15 June, we will inform you of the decision; we reserve the right to accept or decline submissions, reassign oral presentations to posters (and vice versa), and adjust the schedule (e.g., session/date/time) as needed.
Lunches are included in the registration fee. However, please let us know on which days you will use the lunch.

Payments are handled manually; we will e-mail you either an invoice (bank transfer) or a secure Stripe payment link (card). Invoices/payment links will be issued in EUR.
