The registration fee includes:

• access to the scientific programme,
• access to the partner & sponsor exhibition
• all printed materials, including the abstract book with the detailed conference programme,
• refreshments and beverages during coffee breaks,
• lunches (except Wednesday, 26 Aug 2026),
• access to the Welcome Cocktail (Sunday, 23 Aug 2026),
• 21% VAT

The registration fee DOES NOT include:

• Optional tours (social programme) — €70 (booked separately)
• Gala Dinner — €80 (separately ticketed)
• Accommodation and any related costs
• Travel/transport (to/from Brno, local transfers)
• Visa fees and travel/health insurance
• Wednesday lunch (26 Aug 2026)
  

Invoicing timeline (information)

• Invoices will be issued starting in January 2026.
• If you register in 2025: your invoice will be sent at the beginning of January 2026.
• If you register from January 2026 onward: your invoice will be sent within 14 days of registration (unless otherwise agreed).

Accommodation

Accommodation reservations
Accommodation at preferential conference rates is available until 1 July 2026 or until capacity is reached (first-come, first-served). Please indicate your accommodation in the registration form, or email your request to rekova@solen.cz After the above date, availability and rates cannot be guaranteed; requests will be handled case-by-case.

Your accommodation request must include:

• Accommodation dates (check-in & check-out) and number of nights
• Room type (single / double / twin; specify one bed or two separate beds)
• Name and surname of the additional guest in the room (if applicable)
• Invoicing details if different from the registration billing details
• Invoicing details of the second guest (if the room will be split-billed)

Accommodation — Changes & Cancellations

• All changes to your accommodation reservation, or any cancellation, must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat at rekova@solen.cz. Phone cancellations or changes will not be accepted.
• Do not contact the hotel directly. All amendments are handled exclusively by the Secretariat.

Cancellation fees (based on days before arrival):

• More than 60 days: 25% of the total accommodation price
• 59–30 days: 50% of the total accommodation price
• 29–15 days: 75% of the total accommodation price
• Less than 14 days: 100% of the total accommodation price

No-show: 100% of the total accommodation price. Your reservation will be held until 12:00 (noon) the next day, after which it will be cancelled. If your arrival changes, please notify the Secretariat in advance.

Early departure / interrupted stay: If not attributable to the accommodation intermediary, no refund is provided for unused nights.

Note: The local stay tax is included in the accommodation price.

Social programme and optional tours

Welcome Cocktail — Sunday, 23 August 2026 (evening, time TBA)

• Attendance confirmation: Please select Yes / No in the registration form so we can plan capacities
  

Optional tours (social programme) — Wednesday, 26 August 2026

• Who: All registered participants (optional)
  
• Timing: Full-day (indicative return by ~18:00–18:30; exact schedule TBA)*
• Lunch: No hotel lunch is provided on this day; each tour includes a lunch stop (details to follow)**
• How to choose: Select one option (or No tour) in the registration form
• Information for participants: Those who sign up will receive detailed itineraries and logistics by email

1. ARCHITECTURE

• Walk through the Lednice castle park
• Stroll in Mikulov (castle area and historic centre)

2. CITY

Highlights (preliminary):

• Meet after lunch in Černá Pole
• Mendel University Botanical Garden
• Walk via the Villa Tugendhat garden area towards the Children’s Hospital
• Tram to Moravské náměstí; walk via Zelný trh to the Petrov terraces viewpoint
• Target return: ~18:30 (TBA)
• Price: 25 EUR per person

• Křtiny Arboretum & church + lunch stop
• Výpustek Cave
• Macocha abyss viewpoint
• Target return: ~18:30 (TBA)

4. WATER 

Highlights (preliminary):

• Morning meet-up at tram stop “Přístaviště”
• Brno dam area and dam viewpoint; lunch at the marina
• Boat ride to Veveří with commentary about the reservoir
• Visit the exterior of Veveří Castle; short refreshment break
• Boat ride back; target return: ~18:00 (TBA)
• Price: 70 EUR per person
  

Gala Dinner — Thursday, 27 August 2026

• Who: All registered participants (optional)
• Price: 80 EUR per person
• Timing: Evening; the exact start time will be announced closer to the date
