The registration fee includes:

  • access to the scientific programme,
  • access to the partner & sponsor exhibition,
  • all printed materials, including the abstract book with the detailed conference programme,
  • refreshments and beverages during coffee breaks,
  • lunches (except Wednesday, 26 Aug 2026),
  • access to the Welcome Cocktail (Sunday, 23 Aug 2026),
  • 21% VAT

The registration fee DOES NOT include:

  • Optional tours (social programme) — €25 / €70 (booked separately),
  • Gala Dinner — €80 (separately ticketed),
  • Accommodation and any related costs,
  • Travel/transport (to/from Brno, local transfers),
  • Visa fees and travel/health insurance,
  • Wednesday lunch (26 Aug 2026)

Invoicing timeline (information)

  • Invoices will be issued starting in January 2026.
  • If you register in 2025: your invoice will be sent at the beginning of January 2026.
  • If you register from January 2026 onward: your invoice will be sent within 14 days of registration (unless otherwise agreed).

How to pay

To pay your registration fees and additional services (e.g. social events), you can choose between:

  • bank transfer / invoice (no payment gateway fee), or
  • online card payment via Stripe.

When you choose to pay by card via Stripe, a card processing fee charged by Stripe is automatically added on top of the price of the services (registration, social programme, etc.). This fee corresponds to Stripe’s charges to the congress organiser for securely processing your payment; the organiser does not profit from this fee.

What fees to expect when you pay via Stripe

The exact fee depends on the country where your card was issued and whether currency conversion is required. Typically:

  • Cards issued in EU/EEA countries (standard and premium cards, payment in EUR, no currency conversion):
    Stripe fee is usually 1.5–1.9% of the total amount
    • a fixed amount of approx. 0.25 EUR per transaction.
  • Cards issued in the United Kingdom and outside the EU/EEA:
    Stripe fee is usually 2.5–3.25% of the total amount
    • a fixed amount of approx. 0.25 EUR per transaction.
  • Currency conversion (where applicable):
    in some cases Stripe applies an additional approx. +2% for currency conversion (for example, if the card currency differs from the charge/settlement currency).

 

What you will see during payment

  • The exact Stripe fee will always be shown on the payment summary page before you confirm the payment.
  • The amount you confirm is the final amount charged to your card (services + Stripe processing fee).
  • If you prefer not to pay this card processing fee, you can choose bank transfer instead (any bank charges for international transfers are borne by the participant).
