Active participation & abstract submission (closed)
Please note that online registration for active participation (incl. abstract submission) is now closed. We are no longer accepting new oral/poster submissions through the registration form.

How to submit contribution
  • Register online: Please use the registration form to submit your contribution (oral/poster).
  • Abstract and application deadline: 15 April 2026. If you do not upload your abstract during registration, send it by 15 April 2026 to Hedvika Šlanhofová (slanhofova@solen.cz) or use the separate “SUBMIT ABSTRACT” page.

Review & decision timeline
  • Notification of acceptance: by 15 June 2026.
  • The Programme Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions, to reassign oral ↔ poster, and to adjust scheduling as needed.
  • Contribution limit: 1 registration fee = 1 contribution. Requests to present more than one contribution are subject to approval by the Programme Committee.
Abstract preparation
  • Template required: Please prepare your abstract using the official template (submissions not following the template may not be accepted).
  • Language: English.
  • Content: Title, authors, affiliations, and structured text per the template.
  • Format & file types: Follow the template; DOC/DOCX/PDF are accepted.
  • Submission: Upload in the registration form or send via SUBMIT ABSTRACT / email (see above).
Poster preparation
  • Dimensions: maximum 91 cm (W) × 150 cm (H); recommended size 91 cm × 120 cm.
  • Printing: On-site printing is not provided; please bring your printed poster to the venue. Please print on paper with a minimum weight of 130 g/m² and bring the poster to the venue.
